Paradigm Group’s Wet Testing Success

Paradigm Flow Services Ltd (PFS), part of the Paradigm Group has been recognised by their client Chrysaor for their deluge wet testing abilities.

PFS Ltd was asked to carry out work to wet test nine deluge systems on the Britannia platform. This was completed successfully and safely in three weeks with just three rope-access crews. One of the team members was awarded the ‘Safety Card of the Month’ for their diligence.

Deluge systems in general, should be tested periodically for evidence of issues relating to debris and foreign materials within the flow path. We are continuously looking at ways to improve our client offering to reduce the overall total cost of production. To this end, we are driving revolutionary technology to reduce internal corrosion caused by sea water, thus eliminating this type of testing to save costs over the life cycle of an asset.”
