Who are we looking for:
The Project Engineer will join the Production Enhancement team, focusing on Flexi-Coil® pipeline remediation projects.
This role encompasses managing all phases of engineered projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.
While primarily onshore, the position may occasionally require short offshore assignments.
Reporting to the Director of Project Engineering, the role is based in our Houston office and may involve domestic and international travel as needed.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the technical content and engineering of all assigned projects.
- Defining project scope, setting goals, creating detailed project plans, establishing timelines, and allocating resources.
- Manage the interface and coordination between the Paradigm and client.
- Ensure that key documents such as Operational procedures, P&IDs, Risk assessments, and single line diagrams accurately completed as requested
- Basic hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic understanding of industry equipment
- Working knowledge of Coiled Tubing equipment in an offshore environment
- Working knowledge of subsea, pipeline and flowline environment
- Follows the project offshore if required to work as part of the offshore operational team

Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a well-organized, reliable, and motivated Mechanical Technician with strong hands-on mechanical skills. As an all-round Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical systems, sub-assemblies, and machine parts according to technical specifications and quality standards.
You can work independently on assigned machines or modules with minimal supervision and take ownership from start to finish. You have extensive experience with mechanical assembly and are skilled in reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and assembly manuals. Additionally, you are comfortable performing fabrication work such as welding, grinding, cutting, and adjusting small parts to ensure correct fit and operation.
As a successful Mechanical Technician, you take pride in building accurate and reliable equipment, while working closely with the workshop supervisor, fellow technicians, and engineers to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality results. You perform functional tests on completed assemblies to verify performance and specification compliance. When challenges arise, you proactively seek out the problem and solve it in a structured and practical manner.

PLC Software Engineer
What we expect:
- Diploma or degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Fire Protection Services Technician
What we expect:
- 1–3 years previous experience in fire suppression remediation and installation preferred.
- Strong technical background supplemented with practical knowledge.
- Willing to learn new technologies and digital operation.
- Willing to work internationally and on offshore installation.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while in a physically demanding environment.

QHSE Manager
What we expect:
- Proven track record in managing QHSE systems in an equipment manufacturing and bespoke machine building environment.
- Strong familiarity with Dutch HSE legislation and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

You are in close contact with the workshop supervisor but you work independently on assigned tasks and objectives. From time to time there will be direct customer contact.
As a successful Electrical Technician, you should demonstrate strong electrical assembly skills and enjoy performing tasks with your hands. Problem-solving and attention to details are critical in the work, and you will enjoy delivering work of the highest quality and specification.
