Case Study: Hydrate Remediation - Riser Gas Lift

A Brazilian operator faced full hydrate blockages in both production and gas lift flowlines on a deepwater FPSO in 1,200m (3.940ft) water depth, causing production shut-in. Paradigm was engaged to deploy Flexi-Coil® as part of an extensive remediation campaign. The project marked a major milestone, achieving full riser displacement via nitrogen gas lift while setting a new water depth deployment record for this application.
