A shallow-water Oil & Gas operator in Gulf of Mexico had a 12-inch oil sales pipeline that had become plugged due to heavy paraffin deposition. The blockage led to a significant proportion of the Operator’s daily production being shut-in and so a rapid remedial solution was required.
