Mexico, 29 September 2026 – Paradigm is pleased to announce the appointment of Dulce Consuelo Cruz Hernández as Business Development Manager in Mexico, effective September 21^st 2026.

In her new role, Dulce will lead business development activities across Mexico, focusing on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening customer relationships and expanding Paradigm’s presence in the market. She will work closely with technical and commercial teams to develop solutions aligned with customer needs, support bids and contract negotiations, and build long-term partnerships.

Dulce brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, combining hands-on drilling expertise with a strong background in sales, business development and commercial leadership. She previously served as Regional Manager at OTS Technology – IPS Group Mexico, where she led regional sales and operational strategy, managed client relationships and oversaw commercial performance.

Before that, Dulce was Country Manager Mexico at Ulterra, leading national operations across sales, engineering and field execution. Her achievements there included 20% annual revenue growth, a 10% increase in market share and zero quality, health, safety and environmental incidents across operations.

Her earlier career includes sales and leadership roles at WIS Integrity Solutions, SLB (Schlumberger) and Baker Hughes, with experience across Mexico and Central America. Starting as an MWD/LWD Field Engineer, she developed a strong technical foundation in onshore and offshore drilling. Her specialist expertise spans technical sales, drilling and drill-bit solutions, key account management, contract negotiation and market expansion. She has also delivered technical training to more than 300 professionals.

Dulce holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero and speaks Spanish and English.
