Find-Block®

Our Find-Block® system, facilitated by our Pipe-Pulse® technology, is a method of locating full bore blockages in pipelines and flowlines that can be deployed from the host facility.

Find-Block® is supported by our STATIS^® modelling software and with its non-intrusive nature can allow for safe, accurate locating up to 10m/1km of a range of blockages including:

• Asphaltenes
• Sand
• Paraffin wax
• Hydrates
• Mechanical obstructions (stuck pigs, closed valves etc).
  

We are able to improve this accuracy if we are able to find a known point before the blockage, for example a closed valve with a known distance, from here we can then accurately determine to within 1m/1km where the blockage is.

Find-Block® has been deployed both onshore and offshore and with the ability to mobilise quickly, we are able to advise remediation options quickly, getting your pipeline back online.
