Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead the procurement of goods and services essential to operations, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• • Develop and manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors.
• • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value creation.
• • Issue and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and delivery schedules.
• • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for critical consumables, proactively preventing shortages.
• • Conduct supplier and internal audits to ensure compliance and performance standards.
• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including any agreements, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
• • Track and analyze purchasing trends, delivery performance, and outstanding orders to optimize procurement processes.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.

What we expect:

• • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building long-term supplier partnerships.
• • Fluency in Dutch is required.
• • Proficiency in ERP systems for managing procurement and inventory processes.
• • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• • Experience with Ridder IQ or similar ERP platforms.
• • Familiarity with ProFile or comparable product management software.
