Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead the procurement of goods and services essential to operations, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- • Develop and manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors.
- • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value creation.
- • Issue and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and delivery schedules.
- • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for critical consumables, proactively preventing shortages.
- • Conduct supplier and internal audits to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including any agreements, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- • Track and analyze purchasing trends, delivery performance, and outstanding orders to optimize procurement processes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
What we expect:
- • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, within a technical or manufacturing environment.
- • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building long-term supplier partnerships.
- • Fluency in Dutch is required.
- • Proficiency in ERP systems for managing procurement and inventory processes.
- • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have:
- • Experience with Ridder IQ or similar ERP platforms.
- • Familiarity with ProFile or comparable product management software.
