ParaSheave™
The ParaSheave™ is an intelligent sheave assembly that guides the wire into the well and at the same time is integrated with measuring sensors for Depth, Speed and Tension. The ParaSheave™ is mounted on top of the ParaComm™ Antenna, 10K, with Stuffing Box. The ParaSheave™ is equipped with explosion proof certified electronics to communicate depth, speed and tension data to the ParaComm™ Antenna that is connected to the ParaComm™ Data Processing Panel.
By using the ParaSheave™ there is no need for a conventional measuring head system that is normally installed on the winch unit.
A top-slung variant of the ParaSheave™ is available for operations which prohibit the installation of the ParaComm™ Antenna onto the wellhead.
