E200 Coiled Tubing Downline System
Paradigm’s all-electric E200 Coiled Tubing Downline System is designed for efficient deployment and retrieval of coiled tubing from multi-service vessels and offshore facilities.
Featuring a compact footprint and full redundancy, this system comprises a matching pair of reel skids that can be operated simultaneously or independently.
The E200 range comprises three main modules — the Power Module, the Reel Module, and the Over-Boarding Sheave Module. Each skid is equipped with an all-electric dual inverter drive system, liquid-cooled, powering compact PM motors through a ring gear Drop-In-Drum drive mechanism, with internal multi-disk fail-safe brakes ensuring precise control and reliable performance. The detachable level-wind sheave enables software-assisted auto-spooling and multiple pipe diameter handling via removable inserts.
With its three-piece modular design, the E200 maintains a combined ‘Single-Lift’ configuration for quick vessel mobilisation, with Drop-in-Drums and separate transport cradles for efficient handling and installation.

The E200 operates on 380–480 VAC, 50–60 Hz, with a dual power supply input of 2x 200A for maximum performance. It can also run at reduced power/speed and connect to the grid, a generator set, or a battery bank.
What is the maximum reel capacity of the E200?
Depending on tubing size, the E200’s Reel PR201 holds up to 4,729 m (15,514 ft) of 2.000″ OD tubing, or 3,540 m (11,600 ft) of 2.875″ OD tubing; the larger Reel PR202 holds up to 1,758 m (5,768 ft) of 3.500″ OD tubing.
Is the E200 certified for hazardous (Zone 1/2) offshore areas?
Yes, the E200 is available with an ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 or 2 certified drive system, and complies with DNVGL-ST-E273 R30 offshore lifting standards, the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and API PSL 2 NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for sour service.
