Remediation of Flow Assurance Deposits
When a full bore blockage arises, an operator has a limited number of choices for remediation. The absence of flow eliminates the running of PIGs or the introduction of cleaning chemicals. This usually leads an operator to explore some form of intrusive intervention which will inevitably require DSV support. We have developed two technologies which can enable an operator to restore flow.
Applications
Torque in wellbore environments can cause a multitude of problems that are detrimental to the efficiency of the operation, which can be catastrophic for viability, potentially driving financial metrics to a non-economic situation. To limit, reduce and in some instances entirely mitigate high torque, specifically parasitic torque in the drill string, a multitude of tools and chemicals can deployed to assist.
Our Torque Reduction Solutions include Runner® XL & Runner® HL, to mitigate and reduce torque in the drill string, whilst our Driver® and Reamer® tools can be used to mitigate torque and vibration in the BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly).
